I know 3 different male friends who recently went for job interviews at this very significant company, and all 3 had the same thing to say about their experience: the interviewer was a right prick!
Apparently the company is looking for the "perfect fit", and so they're actually interviewing almost 40 candidates (at last count).. all 3 candidates were insulted, cross-examined, interrupted and essentially abused by the same very obnoxious interviewer..
We suspect the interviewer is using the candidates are objects against which to vent his/her frustration.. why pay to see a shrink when you get this free employee benefit?
